NON-COMPETE AND NON-SOLICITATION AGREEMENT

This agreement is made at ____________ on 06/10/2026 between Alex Morgan (the COMPANY) and ____________ (the INDIVIDUAL).

1. Non-compete
For 12 months after the end of the relationship the Individual shall not, in the area (Within 50 km of the company's offices), work for or run a business that competes with the Company in: Digital marketing services.

2. Non-solicitation
For the same period the Individual shall not try to take away the Company's clients with whom they worked, or invite the Company's employees to leave.

3. Reasonableness
The parties agree that these limits are reasonable in time, area and scope and are needed to protect the Company's legitimate business interests.

4. Remedies
If the Individual breaches this agreement, the Company may seek an injunction in addition to damages.

5. Severability
If a court finds any limit too wide, it shall be reduced to the extent needed to make it enforceable, and the rest of the agreement stays in force.

6. Law
Non-compete restrictions are not enforceable everywhere. This agreement applies only to the extent permitted by the law that governs it.
