SUBLEASE AGREEMENT

This sublease is made at ____________ on 06/10/2026 between Alex Morgan (the TENANT) and ____________ (the SUBTENANT) for the premises at ____________.

1. Term
The sublease runs from 06/10/2026 to 06/10/2026. The Subtenant shall leave on or before the end date.

2. Rent
The Subtenant shall pay 900 per month in advance to the Tenant. A deposit of 900 is paid on signing and returned after the Subtenant leaves, less any lawful deductions.

3. Main lease
The Subtenant has read the main lease and agrees to follow its terms. The Tenant stays responsible to the landlord for rent and for the premises.

4. Use
The premises are for residential use by the Subtenant only. The Subtenant shall keep them clean and report damage at once.

5. Landlord's consent
This sublease is subject to the landlord's written consent, given below.

Sublease Agreement
