Frequently asked questions
Will this crop or stretch my page content?
No - every page's full content is scaled down or up to fit the new size while keeping its exact proportions. If a page's shape doesn't match the target exactly, it's centered with an even margin rather than cropped or stretched out of shape.
What happens to a page that's landscape on purpose, like a wide table?
By default ("keep each page's own orientation") a landscape page gets a landscape-shaped target of the size you chose, so it isn't forced upright. You can also force every page to one orientation if that's what you actually want.
Is checking my PDF's page sizes free?
