MUTUAL LEASE TERMINATION AGREEMENT

This agreement is made at ____________ on 06/10/2026 between Alex Morgan (the LANDLORD) and ____________ (the TENANT) about the premises at ____________.

1. Early end
The parties agree that the lease ends on 06/10/2026 (the END DATE) by mutual consent, and no notice period applies after that date.

2. Handover
The Tenant shall vacate, clean the premises and return all keys on or before the End Date. The parties shall inspect the premises together on the day of handover.

3. Rent and charges
The Tenant shall pay rent and utilities up to the End Date.

4. Deposit
The Landlord holds a deposit of 1,500. Deductions: 150 for repainting a damaged wall. The Landlord shall refund 1,350 within 14 days of handover.

5. Release
After handover and payment of the refund, neither party has any further claim against the other under the lease, except for damage found later that the Tenant concealed.
