CONSULTING AGREEMENT

This agreement is made at ____________ on 05/10/2026 between Alex Morgan (the CLIENT) and ____________ (the CONSULTANT).

1. Services
From 05/10/2026 the Consultant shall advise the Client on the following: ____________ The estimated time commitment is 40 hours per month.

2. Fees
The Client shall pay the Consultant USD 150 per hour, invoiced monthly. Invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt. Reasonable pre-approved expenses are reimbursed at cost.

3. Deliverables
Reports and recommendations delivered under this agreement are for the Client's own use. The Consultant makes no guarantee of a particular business result.

4. Confidentiality
Each party shall keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for this engagement, during the engagement and for three years after.

5. Non-solicitation
For twelve months after the engagement neither party shall directly hire the other's employees who worked on it, except through general advertising.

6. Conflicts
The Consultant has disclosed any other engagement that conflicts with this one and shall promptly tell the Client of any new conflict.

7. Termination
Either party may end the agreement on 30 days' written notice; fees are payable up to the termination date.

8. General
This agreement is the whole understanding of the parties and may be amended only in writing.

It depends on the country and the type of agreement. Property, long leases and some loans need stamp duty, registration or a notary. Even where not required, signing in front of witnesses adds proof.

What if the other party does not sign?

Then there is no agreement. Get both signatures and keep a copy each.
