INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT

This agreement is made at ____________ on 06/10/2026 between Alex Morgan (the CLIENT) and ____________ (the CONTRACTOR).

1. Services
From 06/10/2026 the Contractor shall provide the following services: ____________

2. Term
The agreement runs for: 6 months, renewable by agreement, unless ended earlier under clause 8.

3. Fees
The Client shall pay the Contractor: USD 4,000 per month, invoiced monthly, payable within 14 days. The Contractor shall send an invoice for each payment.

4. Independent status
The Contractor is an independent contractor, not an employee, partner or agent of the Client. The Contractor decides how and when the work is done, supplies their own tools, and is responsible for their own taxes, insurance and social contributions.

5. Intellectual property
All work product created for the Client under this agreement belongs to the Client on payment. The Contractor keeps ownership of their pre-existing tools and know-how.

6. Confidentiality
The Contractor shall keep the Client's confidential information secret during the agreement and for two years after it, and use it only for the services.

7. Expenses
The Contractor bears their own expenses unless the Client approved a particular expense in writing beforehand.

8. Termination
Either party may end this agreement on 14 days' written notice. The Client pays for services performed up to the end date.

9. Liability
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. The Contractor's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous three months, except for fraud or wilful misconduct.

10. General
This is the whole agreement between the parties and may be changed only in writing. It is governed by the law of the place where the Client is established.
