I purchased washing machine model ABC-100 on 29/09/2026 for ₹24,500 (invoice/order no. INV-2026-5561). It stopped working within 20 days, and the service engineer has not visited despite three complaints.

This is a deficiency in the product/service. I request a full refund within 15 days of this letter. If the matter is not resolved, I will be compelled to approach the Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
