Terms
- This engagement ends automatically on the end date unless renewed in writing. It does not create a permanent employment relationship.
- Payments are subject to TDS as applicable. Where you are a GST-registered consultant, a valid tax invoice is required.
- All work product, reports and materials created under this engagement are the Company's property.
- You will keep all Company information confidential during and after the engagement.
- Either side may end this engagement with 15 days written notice; fees are payable up to the last working day.
