DURABLE GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
I, Alex Morgan, residing at ____________ (the PRINCIPAL), appoint ____________, residing at ____________, as my agent (attorney-in-fact) to act for me in the following matters:

- Real estate transactions
- Tax matters
- Claims and litigation
- Government benefits
If my agent cannot or will not act, I appoint Priya Menon as successor agent. This power of attorney is Effective immediately. It is DURABLE: it is not affected by my later incapacity or by the passage of time. It ends only on my death or if I revoke it in writing.
My agent shall act in my best interest, keep my funds separate from their own, keep records and account to me or to my representative on request. My agent may be reimbursed for reasonable expenses.
