This letter is formal notice that the month-to-month tenancy of the premises at ____________ will end on 06/10/2026, as given by the Tenant giving notice, at least 30 days from the date of this notice.

If I am the tenant: I will vacate and return the keys by 06/10/2026, and I ask for a walk-through inspection. Please return my security deposit, with an itemised list of any deductions, within the time your state requires, to: 500 Oak St, Austin, TX 78701.

If I am the landlord: you must vacate by 06/10/2026. Rent remains due until then, and your security deposit will be handled as your state's law requires.
