Under Dubai Law No. 26 of 2007 (as amended by Law No. 33 of 2008) and my tenancy contract, Ejari no. 10-123456-78, I give notice that I will not renew the lease expiring on 06/10/2026. I will vacate and hand over the unit with the keys on or before that date.

I request an inspection of the unit before handover, clearance of utilities (DEWA and Empower or equivalent) and a refund of my security deposit within the period in the contract.

Please confirm receipt of this notice. I understand the notice is given at least 90 days before expiry.
