Dear Priya Verma,
With reference to your application and subsequent interviews, we are pleased to appoint you as Executive - Accounts in Your company name on the terms and conditions below.

Terms and conditions
- Commencement: your appointment takes effect from 29/09/2026 and your employee code is EMP-2291.
- Probation and confirmation: you will be on probation for 6 months, which the company may extend. You will be deemed to continue on probation until confirmed in writing.
- Duty: you will work as per the duty roster (Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm) wherever assigned, wear the uniform and ID card provided, and keep company vehicles, keys and premises in your care safe.
- Remuneration: your annual Cost to Company is ₹2,28,000 (Rupees Two Lakh Twenty-Eight Thousand only), as detailed in Annexure A. In line with the Code on Wages, 2019, your basic pay and dearness allowance together form at least 50% of your total remuneration and are the "wages" used for PF, gratuity, bonus and leave encashment (if allowances ever exceed 50%, the excess is added to wages). Salary is paid monthly by bank transfer by the 7th of the following month, after statutory deductions.
- Social security: you will be covered by the Employees' Provident Fund, gratuity and statutory bonus, as applicable under the Code on Social Security, 2020 and the Code on Wages, 2019.
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, within the limit of 48 hours a week. Overtime, where applicable to your role, is paid at twice the ordinary rate of wages. You may be placed on shifts or asked to work on a holiday with a compensatory day off.
- Leave and holidays: Earned leave 1 day for every 20 days worked, 7 casual and 7 sick leaves a year. Earned leave becomes available after 180 days of work in a calendar year. National and festival holidays are as per the company's holiday list and the applicable state law.
- Health and safety: you will follow all safety rules and use the protective equipment provided. Employees aged 40 or above are offered a free annual health check-up.
- Transfer: your services may be transferred to any department, location, plant, office or group company in India, on terms no less favourable than your present ones.
- Conduct: you will follow the company's certified standing orders / service rules, code of conduct, prevention of sexual harassment (POSH) policy and IT & data-security policy, as amended from time to time.
- Grievances: any grievance may be raised with your reporting manager, HR, or the Grievance Redressal Committee constituted under the Industrial Relations Code, 2020.
- Separation: after confirmation, either side may end the employment with 30 days written notice or wages in lieu of notice; during probation the notice is as per the company's policy. The company may terminate without notice for proven misconduct after due inquiry. Wages due on separation are paid within two working days, and the full and final settlement as per law.
- Retirement: you will retire on attaining the age of 58 years.
- Jurisdiction: this letter is governed by Indian law, and any dispute is subject to the courts at City, state.

Annexure A - Compensation structure
Statutory deductions (employee PF, ESI where applicable, professional tax, income tax) are made from the gross salary. Components may be restructured to comply with law without reducing the CTC.
