Please prepare my final pay, including outstanding leave pay, and send me my UI-19 form, a certificate of service (section 42 BCEA) and my IRP5 tax certificate when they are due.

Resignation Letter with Notice (South Africa, BCEA)

Under section 37 of the BCEA the notice period is one week for employees employed for six months or less, two weeks for six months to a year, and four weeks for longer service, unless the contract gives longer.
