How to use Reorder Pages
How to reorder PDF pages online – step by step
Pages in the wrong order? Reorder Pages lets you rearrange PDF pages by dragging thumbnails or typing a new order, then saves a clean PDF to download. It is quick and works in your browser.

Upload your PDF
Drop the PDF on the upload box or press Browse File.
Step 1: Upload your PDF -

All pages are shown as thumbnails. Drag a thumbnail to a new place; click it to see it larger.
Step 2: Drag the pages -
Or type the order
Prefer typing? Enter the page numbers in the order you want, for example 6,5,4,3,2,1, and press Apply order. Every page must appear exactly once.
Step 3: Or type the order -
Press Run
Check the thumbnails once more and press the Run button.

Download
Press Download to save your PDF with the new page order.

Quick tips
- For a long file, type the order instead of dragging.
- Need to delete pages as well? Use Split PDF to extract only the pages you want.
- You see the new order before you download.
Common problems & fixes
- It says my order is invalid
- Each page number must be used once - for example a 6-page file needs six numbers from 1 to 6.
- Thumbnails are slow
- Large PDFs need a few seconds to draw previews; you can still type an order meanwhile.
- I moved the wrong page
- Drag it back, or type the correct order and press Apply order again.
