Each signature request is open for a limited signing window from the moment you send it, shown on the request itself - so it suits a document you need signed promptly rather than an open-ended request sent weeks in advance.
Is the first request really free?
Yes - your first signature request is free for a single recipient. Requests with more recipients, or after that, are charged per recipient, shown before you send.
What happens to the signed document afterward?
Unlike a plain conversion (auto-deleted quickly), a completed signature request's file is kept so you can come back and download the fully signed PDF whenever you need it.
